Physio-led gym programs are specialised exercise programs designed and supervised by physiotherapists to address specific health needs, enhance physical performance, and promote overall well-being. These programs can target various goals, such as injury rehabilitation, strength building, mobility improvement, and sports performance enhancement. At Avalon Physio, we offer tailored gym programs conducted in our onsite Avalon Studio Gym to ensure that you receive the most effective and tailored exercise regimen.
A physio-led gym program provides a personalised approach tailored to your specific health needs and goals. Our physiotherapists ensure that exercises are performed correctly and safely, minimising the risk of injury and maximising the benefits of your workout.
The frequency of gym sessions depends on your individual goals and current physical condition. Typically, we recommend 3-4 sessions per week to achieve optimal results, but this can be adjusted based on your progress and needs.
Once we’ve done our assessment session and set you up with your program you will feel confident going through your program solo in the gym or can come in to see us for supervised sessions as you wish!
